Put your branding on guest emails
Add your logo, colour, sign-off and contact details to the booking confirmations, reminders and receipts Campiamo sends your guests.
Last updated October 19, 2026
Every email Campiamo sends a guest on your behalf — the booking confirmation, payment receipts, balance reminders, the pre-arrival email, the review invitation — can carry your campsite's look instead of a plain layout. Guests see your logo at the top, your colour on the button, your sign-off at the bottom and your contact details in the footer.
Branded emails are included on Growth, Professional and Enterprise.
Setting it up
- Go to Settings → Emails. Branding is the first card.
- Logo. Upload a PNG with a transparent or white background, or choose Use my website logo if your Campiamo website has one. It is shown up to 64 pixels tall, so a wide logo works better than a tall one.
- Accent colour. Pick the colour for buttons and links, or take your website's colour. When the colour is light, the text on buttons switches to dark on its own so it stays readable.
- Sign-off name. What goes after "Regards," at the end of each email. Leave it blank to sign off as your campsite, or make it "Thomas and Sarah at South Lodge".
- Footer. Your campsite name, address, phone, email and website are added for you from your property details. Anything you type in the box goes under them, one line each — reception hours, a what3words address, a note about the gate code.
- Choose Preview to see the booking confirmation exactly as a guest would get it, with what you have set, then Save branding.
Send me a test on any of the emails further down the page sends it to your own address with your branding on it, so you can check it in your own mail app.
What changes, and what does not
- The email still comes from Campiamo's address, with your campsite's name as the sender ("South Lodge via Campiamo"), and replies still go to your contact email. That keeps delivery reliable: our sending address has a long record with Gmail, Outlook and the rest.
- The words in each email stay the same. The pre-arrival and post-stay messages you write under Settings → Emails are still yours to edit.
- A small line, "Sent via Campiamo", sits under your footer. On Professional and Enterprise you can untick it.
- Emails Campiamo sends you — a new booking, a payment, a support reply — are not branded.
If something looks wrong
The logo is fuzzy or cut off. Upload it at least 400 pixels wide; it is resized for you. The email shows it no taller than 64 pixels, so very tall logos end up small.
The logo has a dark box around it. Some mail apps apply a dark mode to emails. A PNG with a transparent background and dark artwork can disappear on a dark background; a logo with a white box behind it, or a version with a light outline, holds up better everywhere.
The button text is hard to read. Pick a slightly darker or lighter accent. The text colour follows the background automatically, but mid-tones can land either way.
Nothing changed in a real email. Branding only applies once something is set and saved. Open Preview on the Branding card: if that shows your logo, the next guest email will too.
