Made for the way small sites actually run
Campiamo started with small sites. The free plan exists because a five-pitch field cannot justify fifty pounds a month, and taking a booking should not mean writing it in a diary and hoping the guest turns up. If you grow, the paid plans add a hosted website, channel sync and more, but a CL or CS can stay on the free plan for good.
Certificated locations and certificated sites are licensed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club and the Camping and Caravanning Club respectively. Campiamo is independent of both clubs. Check your club's guidance on how you take bookings and payments.

Frequently asked questions
Is Campiamo really free for a CL or CS?
Yes. The Starter plan has no monthly fee and no commission. It includes the booking page, calendar, card deposits, guest emails and up to three pitch types, which covers a five-pitch site. Paid plans add a hosted website and other extras, and you only move up if you want them.
Do I need my own website?
No. Every account has a booking page you can link to from your club listing, your Facebook page or anywhere else. If you want a full website with your own address, that is part of the Growth plan.
Can I take deposits?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account, which takes a few minutes and means Campiamo never holds your money, then choose whether guests pay a deposit or the full amount when they book.
How do I handle members-only rules?
Your booking page shows your own terms, so you can state that the site is for club members and add a membership number as a question guests answer when booking. Campiamo does not verify membership; that stays with you, as it does today.
What if I only take a few bookings a year?
Then the free plan costs you nothing and still saves the phone calls. There is no minimum use and no contract. If a season is quiet, nothing changes.
