What is a pitch type?
An pitch type is a category of pitch or unit that shares the same setup and price — for example, a grass pitch with electric is one type, and a hardstanding pitch with electric is another. Each type can hold as many individual pitches as you like (unlimited pitches per type), so a single "grass pitch with electric" type might cover 30 actual pitches. Your plan limit is on the number of types, not the number of pitches.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free forever for up to 3 pitch types. For larger properties, you can try every feature first with our free demo account, then subscribe to the plan that suits you when you're ready.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No, never. Campiamo charges a flat monthly or annual subscription and takes 0% commission on every booking, on every plan — including the free Starter plan. Listing sites and OTAs typically take 3–5% of each booking; we take nothing, so your revenue stays yours as your property grows. The only separate charge is the standard payment-processing fee from Stripe or PayPal when a guest pays online; that's billed directly by them, not by us.
Are there any setup fees?
None at all. The Starter plan is free forever, and on a paid plan you only pay your subscription — no setup fees, no per-booking commission, no hidden costs. We even migrate your data from your existing system for free. The only separate charge is the standard payment-processing fee from Stripe or PayPal when you take a payment online; that's billed directly by them, not by us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct debit, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contracts and no notice period — you're never locked in. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and your subscription stays active with full access until the end of your current billing period.
